Limited Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty
This warranty policy covers all products manufactured by Synapse Engineering Inc, for the useful life time of the product from the date of purchase. This warranty policy will cover the original owner of the product, which the product must be purchased legally (proof of purchase may require), and have used the products as intended.
All Synapse products are covered under Synapse’s warranty policy as long as the owner has not altered or modified the product, and/or use the product base on its design intend. The warranty covers any necessary repairs that are from defects in materials or manufacturing process from Synapse Engineering Inc.
The Synapse product warranty covers product’s structural functionality, however, it does not cover usage wear and tear on cosmetic appearance such as color fading or scratches/dents from installations.
Repair & Shipping Cost
Repairs for all approved warranty claim will be done at free of charge from the customer, however, the customer is responsible for shipping cost to send in their product for repair. The customer is not responsible for the return shipping cost once the claim has been confirmed and validated.
Synapse Engineering’s default return shipping method is UPS ground for all US domestic shipping and USPS Priority for international. Customer will be responsible for additional cost should he/she chooses to elect a different method.
Damage or Malfunction Due to User Error
The Synapse Product Warranty does not cover the product malfunction and/or caused damage due to user/installer’s inability to follow instructions indicated in the user’s manual or given by the Synapse’s Tech Support Staff. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover the product’s potential malfunction and/or caused damages once the product has been altered or modified by the customer.
